Chinese national pleads guilty to stealing US military secrets

The 50-year-old Chinese national, Su Bin, pleaded guilty to funneling sensitive military information out of the US and back to hackers who used it to infiltrate computer systems, including those of aviation giant Boeing Company. Su, a China-based businessman, is facing a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a fine of $250,000 or twice the gross gain or gross loss resulting from the offense, whichever is greatest. The US just might throw all of its weight against Su in this case, given that it’s been steaming over Chinas espionage.”]
