Katherine Clark, a Democrat, was swatted by police in Melrose, Massachusetts, on 31 January. She says she was targeted because of her work to fight swatting. She and Congressman Patrick Meehan (R-PA) introduced the Interstate Swatting Hoax Act of 2015 three months ago. Clark joins a list of other legislators working on the issue whove also been swatted themselves. In April, New Jersey Assemblyman Paul Moriarty, sponsor of an anti-swatting bill, was ordered out of his house to find himself facing guns and flak jackets.”]
