Google pulls all Android apps linked to adware badness THAT MUST NOT BE NAMED

Google has removed apps from Google Play that relied on the technology. Ad library called ‘Vulna’ collects sensitive data as well as phoning home to a command-and-control server before downloading and running secondary components on demand. Google has also cancelled a number of Developer accounts that rely on the library. FireEye says it has been working with Google to fix the problem since the alarm went out two weeks ago. It has also removed several other Google Play apps from the Play Store.”]
