New members are: the United Kingdom, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Colombia, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. The more law enforcement agencies and private sector partners work together, the more decryption tools can be created and made available.
