US nuclear command agencys gibberish tweet was sent by a child

The US Strategic Commands official Twitter account was hijacked by a child who took advantage of the keys and posted the tweet. The Command’s Twitter manager, while in a telework status, momentarily left the account open and unattended. The post was discovered and notice to delete it occurred telephonically. The Command said that nothing nefarious occurred, i.e., no hacking of our Twitter account. The tweet was discovered. The command was then de-activated and the post was deleted telephoned to delete.”]
