Ice-hockey coach Nicholas Lovell jailed for four and a half years for having sex with an under-age girl. He was caught after the girl’s father installed spyware on her PC. The spyware recorded emails and instant messages between the girl and Lovell. Lovell had been warned not to contact the girl by police and had signed an agreement to that effect. The girls parents installed a monitoring program called WebWatcher onto her PC to keep an eye on her online activities.”]
