The FBI tweeted that shoppers should use strong passwords to keep accounts secure over the holiday season. The advice was disappointing, but I like the advice to use unique passwords that you arent using anywhere else would have been helpful. The FBI also tweeted that people should change their passwords regularly. This is despite the fact that there are no good reasons to change your passwords regularly – unless theres a good reason to believe that that passwords need to be changed, such as having a weak password, password reuse or a breach.”]
