Huawei, Once Accused of Spying, Has Been Hacked by NSA Since 2009

Documents show NSA had access to Huawei’s main office network in Shenzhen since January 2009. Agency was able to eavesdrop on internal email communications, source code of Huawei products. NSA hoped to access networking equipment that Huawei sold to foreign governments in an effort to spy on both allies and enemies. Huawei withdrew from U.S. market last year amid accusations that it built backdoors into American government and business systems.
