The full version of the full version would have protected you against the adware. It would have warned you before it could install itself, giving you a chance to stop it before it became too late. The shortcut on the desktop can be deleted if it belonged to the adeware. It can also be removed from the desktop if the shortcut is on the wrong side of the system.”]
