Flash Player 10.3 is the only NPAPI plug-in that has implemented support for the NPAPI ClearSiteData API. You can delete Flash LSOs from within Chrome by clicking Wrench > Tools > Clear browsing data and selecting Delete cookies Chromes content settings to clear Plug-in data automatically whenever you close the browser.
