More user passwords dumped, this time from alleged Billabong.com hack

Hackers dump as many as 35,000 plaintext passwords from Billabong.com. Hackers may have gained root access to the Australian clothing maker’s servers. The latest dump comes less than 24 hours after Yahoo’s Contributor Network password dump affected 453,000 accounts. The hackers behind the latest dump suggested they may have been able to read, write, or delete files or install new applications. For those who used the same password for their e-mail, the exposure could have far-reaching consequences for compromised customers.”]
