RSA 2010: Banking Malware Sophistication Dupes Systems

The new class of threat represented by today s banking malware like ZeuS can veeat much of the technology out there to combat it, admitted RSA bank-security panelists. Underground marketplace pricing on RDP server access, compromised payment card data and DDoS-For-Hire services are surging, according to a report. The underground economy finds that malicious actors are offering cloud-based troves of stolen data, accessible with handy tools to slice and dice what’s on offer.
