Belgium artist Dries Depoorter’s Quick Fix installation allows one to easily buy followers and likes on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter social media platforms. Quick Fix is built using a single-board Arduino microcontroller, a Raspberry Pi 3B+ computer, an LCD display and a coin acceptor, all of them powered by a power supply. The piece premiered on May 19 at the Pixelache festival in Helsinki and it was tried by two types of people who want to take the machine home.
