Customers of Liechtenstein Bank Blackmailed by Unknown Hackers

Hackers are blackmailing customers of a Liechtenstein bank, asking victims to send 10% of their funds to a Bitcoin address or have their bank accounts details exposed online, to the press, or the financial authority in the customer’s country. The targeted bank is Valartis Bank, who holds 3.3 billion ($3.5 billion) in funds from customers in over 20 countries. Bank was recently acquired by a Chinese holding company based in Hong Kong. Bank admitted getting hacked last week and has admitted to suffering a security breach.
