Microsoft today addressed two known issues preventing Windows 10 devices with Realtek Bluetooth radios and Intel integrated graphics processing units (iGPUs) from receiving the Windows 10 May 2020 Update. KB4568831 also comes with fixes for network printing, cellular connectivity, and family safety issues. Microsoft applied compatibility holds on some Microsoft Surface devices affected by these issues and is now saying that they will be removed in mid-August. Until then, customers are advised not to manually update to Windows 10 2004 using the Media Creation Tool or the “Update now”” button.”
