A new email campaign originating from Russia contains a bomb threat stating they will detonate a bomb if the recipient does not send a $20,000 USD bitcoin payment. These emails are not only being sent to the U.S.A, but have also been sent to recipients in Canada, UK, NL, Switzerland, and Sweden. The New York Police Department has already started to investigate these threats and will investigate each call they receive. At this time they have found the threats to be not credible so far.
