The individual is considered a rising star in the Russian-speaking underground, their specialty being attacks against banks, financial institutions, and government agencies. They are also likely collaborating with REvil ransomware on the corporate intrusion front. The hacker has been offering access to large companies, some with billions in assets, after exploring them and stealing data.
