The November 2019 Update, or Windows 10 1909, has been released. Users have noticed bugs related to the new search experience in File Explorer that was not present in the previous version of Windows 10. Users can fix the bugs by uninstalling KB4517245 and reverting back to Windows 10 1903. The bugs are caused by the new integration of Windows Search into the File Explorer search box. BleepingComputer has not been able to reproduce these issues. It shows a text cursor but I cannot click inside the box or type any text into it.
