A report by the U.S. Department of Justice found that the FBI is not doing an adequate job. The report found that 36 per cent of those surveyed did not have the necessary skills to deal with the problem. It also found that there was a lack of cooperation between the FBI and other agencies to help with the task of dealing with the problems of cyber-security. The U.N. agency has set up a plan to combat the problem, but the report found it is not working.
