Microsoft rolling out optional cumulative update for Windows 10 November 2019 Update and May 2019 Update. KB4532695 has fixed a bug that disables search bar in File Explorer and another issue that prevents users from right-clicking in the search bar. Fixes for Start menu, Windows Hello, Windows Mixed Reality, and other basic features are also included in this release.
