Microsoft has just released new cumulative updates for Windows 10 April 2018 Update (version 1803) and Windows 10 Fall Creators Update with multiple fixes and improvements. Windows 10 Build 17134.915 (KB4507466) fixes an annoying bug that prevented a device from recognizing a Microsoft account until you sign out and sign in again. This update has fixed an issue that affects applications that manage files, folders, and device settings. It also includes improvements for compatibility with the Window-Eyes screen reader application.
