Microsoft has marked a Windows 10 Chinese IME issue and a Windows Desktop Search or Start Menu issue as resolved in the Windows 10 Health Dashboard. Microsoft has not found any Search and Start Menu issues significantly impacting users in relation to the KB4515384 update. Users of the Chinese Simplified (ChsIME.EXE) and Chinese Traditional IMEs were experiencing high CPU usage problems. Microsoft states that this problem was caused by a security change in the latest update of Windows 10. If you are still experiencing issues with these features, Microsoft suggests you report it via the Feedback Hub or try the Windows Search tips.
