The attack is the latest in what looks to be a series of incidents of varying severity that have occurred at either the production or use of SCADA systems in recent months. The system is designed to provide a bridge between the smart grid and the home of a large number of people. The attack was apparently targeted by a group of hackers known as the Comment Crew, who are known to be targeting the U.S. government officials in China. The attacks are believed to be related to the attack on a system that s supposed to be used by the Comment Crew
