Microsoft issues fixes for 50 vulnerabilities in this month s Patch Tuesday update. Six of the bugs are currently under active attack, while three are publicly known at the time of release. The number of critical vulnerabilities ticked up to five month-over-month, with five of the vulnerabilities listed as critical. Security experts are recommending that they be patched as the highest priority, with 45 of the flaws rated Critical and 45 are rated Important in severity in severity. The zero-day vulnerabilities are all also zero days, with three of them also being publicly disclosed.
