Cryptocurrency wallets Trezor and Ledger are vulnerable to a number of different type attacks, researchers say. Manufacturers responded, claiming the research had holes and attacks were impractical and their hardware was safe to use. Researchers presented their research at a session at the 35c3 conference called wallet.fail . The manufacturers responded, saying their hardware is safe and their wallets are not as secure as the research has been presented. The research was presented at the conference in Leipzig, Germany.
