Layered Service Provider – Definition

LSPs are DLLs that integrate directly into your TCP/IP layer, the protocol you use to communicate on the Internet. They are installed in such a way that each LSP is chained together with another LSP. Any data sent over the Internet or via the Internet is visible to all LSPS in this chain. This chain is broken and network communication will fail if it is broken.
