Yesterday Microsoft released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17128 for PC to insiders in the fast ring. This build contains no new features, no bug fixes, and no list of issues. Microsoft removed the watermark at the bottom right of the Windows desktop. This is to prepare RS4 for the upcoming release of Spring Creators Update. Microsoft also wanted to showcase their “Cortana Show Me”” preview app. For Insiders
