Twitter is down after experiencing a worldwide outage caused by a service disruption issues. People from all over the world are currently unable to access the social networking platform. The status page says that the outage was caused by an internal configuration change. Twitter also says that most of their APIs will be affected starting July 15, after “all connections to the Twitter API (and all other Twitter domains) will require TLS 1.2″” Tweetdeck and the platform’s APIs are also up now
