Daniel Spitler of San Francisco and Andrew Auernheimer of Fayetteville, Arkansas, are facing charges of fraud and conspiracy to access a computer without authorization. Both men are likely to plead not guilty to the charges, as they and the rest of the group maintain they compromised the site only to point out the poor security on the AT&T site. If found guilty, both men could face five years in prison and a $250,000 fine – for each of the two charges.
