The Nomination Committee proposes the election of Jan Svensson as the new Chair of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2021. Gunilla Fransson, Harry Klagsbrun and Johan Menckel are also proposed as new Board members. In addition, the Committee proposes re-election of Sofia Sch..rling H..gberg, Ingrid Bonde, John Brandon and Fredrik Cappelen as members of the board. The Committee’s complete proposal will be presented in the notices convening Securitas’ annual General Meeting of shareholders.
