Cyber criminals are targeting digital artists using NFTs (non-fungible tokens) Security researcher Bart Blaze says criminals are tricking them into downloading information-stealing malware that will help them raid their crypto wallets and break into their various online accounts. The RedLine infostealer is capable of collecting system information and stealing crypto-wallet details. A number of digital artists have already fallen for the trick or have identified it as a scam and are warning others via Twitter. Those who fall for such a scheme are advised to contact their account takeover providers to block the takeover.
