Infostretch announced the addition of Rishabh Mishra as Head of Corporate Development. Mishra will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and executing on acquisitions. He will focus on acquisitions in the North American and European markets, with an emphasis on digital engineering, cloud migration and analytics in banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare and technology. The appointment comes on the heels of the company’s agreement to acquire Saggezza, a global technology solutions provider and consulting firm, which was recently acquired.
