Dell SecureWorks says 51 networks were compromised from 19 Internet service providers. The thief hijacked traffic meant for large hosting companies including Amazon, OVH, and others. He stole $9,000 per day from crypto currency miners to the tune of $83,000 in profits in four months. The hijacker targeted miners, but the hijack was mainly interested in the miners, the researchers say.
