A 20-year-old man and a 16-year old have been arrested in connection with a TalkTalk data breach. The three have been released on bail. The data breach occurred Oct. 26, when TalkTalk customers’ email addresses, names, and phone numbers were compromised. The latest calculations put the losses at “less than” 1.2 million customer data, including 15,000 dates of birth, and 28,000 truncated credit and debit cards.
