Police in Florida arrested three men accused of using stolen credit cards numbers to purchase $100,000 in goods at Wal-Mart. Suspects allegedly used credit card numbers stolen from New Jersey company Heartland Payment Systems. The company said last month that its network had been compromised by malware in 2008. At least 15 civil lawsuits have been filed against the company by affected individuals and banks. A spokesperson for the company said he was delighted to see progress being made in the case but was unable to provide any information about the actual breach.”]
