Celeb Hack: Is Apple Telling All It Knows?

Apple’s ‘Find My iPhone’ app had no protection against a brute force password attack, says John Defterios. He says the hacker would need to know the account name of a celebrity to get access to their account. He suggests a lone hacker, in less than a week, could have amassed all of the pictures that have been leaked. But Apple has corrected its error in judgment and the damage had already been done, he says, but the horse is already out of the barn. The hacker would have been able to access the account of Jennifer Lawrence, the celebrity most mentioned in the stories.”]
