Latvian Ruslans Bondars, 38, was sentenced to serve 14 years in U.S. federal prison. Bondars was charged with running Scan4You, an online service designed to counter anti-virus software. The Justice Department says the service had at least 30,000 users who collectively committed at least $20.5 billion in fraud.
