Mobile Users Want More Security Control

Javelin Strategy & Research’s Jim Van Dyke says banking institutions have been reluctant to release too much control of their mobile devices. “We see very few banks deploying [solutions] that really empower the customer,” he says. Almost no banks are connecting their mobile-customer empowerment strategies with real-time alerts and authentication, he adds.
