U.S. State Department offers $5 million reward for information that helps it disrupt flow of funds to North Korea. Offer follows FBI attributing Ronin Network Hack to North Korean hackers. Rewards for Justice program offers rewards for information leading to arrest of two Iranians charged with interfering in 2020 election. North Korea has used a variety of hack attacks to help it evade crippling sanctions and fund its WMD programs, the U.N. says.
