Former U.S. Army medical records technician sentenced to 12 years and 7 months in prison. Fredrick Brown, 40, pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit wire fraud and launder money. The crimes targeted more than 3,300 members of the US military community, including 8 general officers and numerous disabled veterans.
