Hacktivist group Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Cyber Fighters claims its second phase of DDoS attacks has affected nine banks since Dec. 11. The group says its DDoS strikes have targeted JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, PNC Financial Services Group, BB&T Corp., Suntrust Banks and Regions Financial Corp. The group claims its attacks will continue until a YouTube video deemed offensive to Muslims is removed.
