Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency has just begun developing a catalog of “bad practices” that should be avoided. It’s a move designed to help organizations set security priorities. CISA Executive Assistant Director Eric Goldstein notes these bad cyber practices are “exceptionally risky for any organization” CISA also released a Ransomware Readiness Assessment audit tool to help groups size up their ability to defend against and recover from attacks.
