Verizon’s Yahoo Breach Question: What’s ‘Material’?

Verizon CEO Lowell McAdam says he was “not that shocked” to learn of Yahoo data breach. McAdam: “We still see a real value to the asset there” McAdam dismissed reports Verizon is demanding a $1 billion discount on the $4.8 billion Yahoo deal. Verizon is reportedly awaiting the full results of a digital forensic investigation into the record-setting Yahoo breach to ascertain whether it will revise its $4 billion bid to buy the search firm.
