Researcher seeks help contacting developers of iPhone app exposing 198,000 users

A security researcher finds a database with 198,000 users’ names and passwords exposed. The database contains email addresses, usernames and hashed passwords. The exposed records are connected to an iPhone app called Kinotopic. The app’s website says it allows users to create and share cinemagraphs. The researcher says he’s reached out to Apple, but they advised him to contact the developer directly, leaving him back at square one with few options. He’s asked that anyone with information on how to contact him reach out.”]
