Microsoft is battling a U.S. district court ruling to hand over emails stored on a Microsoft server in Ireland. The data was ordered to be seized despite it being stored on the server in Dublin, Ireland. Microsoft says there is “no way” the court would accept the reasoning the district court is using if other countries wanted to access data.
