ESG just published a new research report titled, Web Application Testing Tools and Services. The report is comprised of data collected in a survey of 200 North American-based security professionals working at enterprise organizations. Security professionals tell ESG that web application attacks continue to grow. More than three-fourths of organizations use Java for web application development. Many of these firms report a rapid increase in attack volume when Java security vulnerability news was widely reported in January 2013. Software security isnt sexy but it is an increasingly important requirement.”]
