Data center infrastructure provider IO has promoted Bob Butler to SVP and Chief Security Officer. Butler held the position of VP, Government Strategies for IO during the past year. Previously he served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber policy in the US Department of Defense. Butler has more than 30 years’ experience in defense, intelligence, national security and IT.
