Critics: CISPA still a government surveillance bill

Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA) is moving toward a House vote. The bill would allow private companies to share customer information with government agencies. Digital rights groups say the bill still has major flaws. Sponsors and some other lawmakers defend the bill, saying it provides significant privacy protections. The full House will vote on CISPA as soon as next week, but critics say it’s not a “final solution” to cyberattack on the U.S. It will sunset in five years, sponsors say.”]
