Man-in-the-Browser malware scam goes universal

The Universal Man-in-the-Browser (uMitB) is now available as a new form-grabbing malware scam. The utility recognizes form fields on any site visited by infected users, such as those for names, addresses, credit cards or passwords. There is no lag time for “post processing,” which involves parsing the logs to extract valuable data. The uMitB collects the data in real time, making stolen credit card numbers much more valuable on the underground market, security expert says.”]
