Hacktivist group Anonymous staging second wave of DDoS attacks on government websites. UK Home Office and GCHQ websites were targeted over the weekend. US government sites including CIA, DOJ, FBI and NASA have also come under attack this week. Attack follows earlier attempt to bring down 10 Downing Street and Home Office websites.
